I wanted to share my recent experiences at the Village of Cadott City Hall. While the services provided are generally efficient, I've noticed that the atmosphere could be improved, particularly at the front desk. The lady who assists with billing always seems to have a frown and a somewhat moody demeanor. It would really enhance the experience for customers if she could adopt a more positive outlook and smile more.
