Unfortunately this law firm didn’t understand what I was talking about ? The intake was brutal , not a paralegal but a “assistant”,did my intake ,i knew she couldn’t be able to process the information .i told her properly ? My case in particular wasn’t a large amount in terms of pursuit dollar amount, but the team provided a level of service comparable to larger transactions, which was greatly appreciated. The team from the top down provided a meticulous level of detail and also considered nuances / sensitivities that typically come in to play.
