A lovely home for the elderly and infirm.
I have worked at Cadogan Court for 5 years. I started as a care assistant and am now part of the management team. I love working here, the team is amazing and all of our residents are fantastic people. Cadogan really does promote person centred care. Cadogan Court is the residents home that we have the privilege of working in.
I have worked here for 10 months and its the first time I've worked within this industry. I have never worked along side such caring passionate staff. Always supportive and encouraging. It sits in a lovely grounds with beautiful views across the city. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.
The home is magnificent and the care provided is first class. Every member of staff is genuinely exceptional and mindful of residents' needs. Facilities are stunning..
