Emailed through a while ago requesting a refund on tickets for vivid as I had suffered an unfortunate loss and was no longer able to go. Did not receive a response at all and that was over a month ago. I called today, no one picked up but I got a text asking me to text through my enquiry instead so I obliged. I explained my situation and the person on the phone responded and said no refunds. Understood. I was mistaken, I rechecked the website.
