Beautiful theater, but the Broadway in Chicago staff were horrendous. They seemed short staffed, and I understand we need to keep things moving, but the way they separated my group (of minors, by the way) and spoke to me and them was horrendous. We also followed dropoff instructions for the show outside and got screamed at - literally screamed at.
