I would recommend Cadence to anyone. Lucy, Melissa, and everyone there is great a communicating and completely dialed in on the details of working with my mom. I have worked with other places when my father needed assistance it is easy to see the difference here. They culturally just care and get things right. They take initiative.

I highly recommend working with Lucy Blakley at Cadence North Raleigh if you are looking into senior living options. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and transparent about everything from the floor plans to the lease terms. No question was too small, and she went above and beyond to ensure all the logistics were handled quickly. Lucy made a complex move feel very straightforward and put my worries and concerns at ease. I'm so greatful for her help during this difficult journey.

Our experience was great, everyone was warm and friendly, they make the process smooth. Lucy, the Community Relations Director was “special “, she made us all feel at ease. The building was clean, the activities too numerous to name and the food fabulous. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful

I can't believe they have reviews that put them over 4.0. We're looking at something like $7600 per month. Every time I've been by there her hair has been greasy and she has wetness in her jeans. That's because her undergarments are so full they leak. They don't help her with her oral hygiene at all… Never having ever taken out her partials for cleaning. We worry about her on a weekly basis. Cadence was very clean, and the staff was very nice. My mother is in memory care and needs more than one activity a week, which she is getting more at Cadence North Raleigh.
