My 89 year old mother recently moved in and so far, its great and she is thriving! When I arrived for a tour and was waiting I was pointed to the coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine in the lobby and told to help myself. I never got a chance because the residents kept coming to use this. Each with a smile on their face. I wasn't going to try get before one of them. 0/5 Overall Satisfaction 0/5 Friendliness I Would NOT ever recommend to anyone I care for. Rhonda Takabusu(not sure of last name)should Not be socializing w/ residents and/or guests whatsoever. I can't imagine her "cadence" in rhythm with your company's mission statement. This individual clearly lacks rudimentary people skills. She is a detriment to your brand and a liability to your company.
Very happy with the new home for my parents. Visit them weekly and they are very busy and happy. The staff are very helpful and kind to my parents.
