Cadence Cyclery has a policy that if they possibly can they will fix our bikes right away. I don’t like waiting days to get my bike repaired so this is great. Gary always gives the best customer service and I go there because I know he will make sure I get the best service quickly. The mechanics are great and I can count on them.
I had a mechanical failure for my rear wheel a few days before a race event. With no time to order parts Steve and Adam at Cadence Cyclery not only prioritize me, but made me feel like I was the number one customer. They got my bike up and running, and I was able to complete my event without issues. Can’t go wrong with these guys. They’re amazing.
Great bikes and great service
Cadence did an awesome job helping me find my new bike. Many thanks to Gary and Mike for their knowledge and patience. I love my new Specialized bike which is light years better than my old bike. I highly recommend Cadence for anyone looking for a new bike.
