In an age where customer service is seemingly non existent at most places, I was just absolutely blown away by the level of service received at Cadence cycle. Not only were they able to service my bike incredibly quick, they were extremely helpful with issues I had and questions. The young lads working the shop were a delight to deal with. I will be recommending Cadence cycle to my friends and family and will be only using you guys for any future work! Thank you again and please share this review with the staff.

Bike rental. Super easy. $25 CAD for the whole time they were open. Made my work trip super enjoyable. I look forward to seeing them next month.
We wanted to explore Whitehorse by ebikes. Cadence gave us 2 decent ebikes for a great price. Albert and the whole team was great. I highly recommend them.
