Great local business. Excellent customer service and sales. Highly skilled staff honour their warranties and repair call-backs. Very fast, friendly and efficient. And a human answers the phone.
I noticed a loose bolt while biking to the two bike shops in town to see about a weird noise on my new bike. The first shop was ICycle and the experience was terrible. I would have given them a 0/5 review if it was possible. I quickly left and went to Cadence Cycle. The customer service was fantastic. He told me to bring the bike in and warned me to never leave it unattended anywhere in town. He went to some effort to find the right hex key to tighten my crank.
