Money goes missing from my accounts constantly so I called to get it fixed on a Friday and was told to call back Tuesday if it's not fixed on the Mobile app. Well it's Tuesday and nothing has changed so I called back. The clerk told me to call back because they were busy. I called back and did not get an answer all day. However they managed to take out the $8 monthly fee which caused an over draft fee!
