I am so glad I found Cadence Bank! I was looking for a new bank because I was getting annoyed with having to talk to a robot for forever before being transferred to someone who could actually help at my previous bank. Cadence delivered!! Whenever I have a question I can call in & get to talk to a human. Edeline setup my accounts & has been such a joy to work with. She even followed up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. I have nothing but wonderful things to say!
Great bank with great staff!!!!
After 7 years of relationship they decided to close all 5 of my account and gave me no reason as to why. After calling repeatedly to customer service and the branch. The reason was "BECAUSE THE BANK DECIDED TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT" Definitely DO NOT RECOMEND!!!
I went today opened an account, had the best experience ever. Heather and Patrick were a pleasure to talk with, Misy was a delight also. If you are looking for a special place to bank with a home town feel in the big city, this is the bank for you.
