Nothing against the people who work there, they’re friendly. But Huntington Bank is the worst functioning bank I’ve witnessed. When my accounts were compromised, I was on hold for an hour and a half and never got anybody by the time I got to the branch. Then a lady told me I could close and open accounts on the phone number she gave me. When I called, she said that was wrong and I can’t open them online. So I had to turn around and go back. This is a horrible experience and I would recommend looking for a different bank.
