Someone illegally wired money out of my account. The kid at the bank with the rapper chain was absolutely horrible! Refused to help and literally told me he know ls more than my lawyer about how to handle it. His arrogance was so over-the-top. When I asked them to wire the money back into my account after proving that it was fraudulently taken they they told me I was trying to commit fraud by getting my money back and terminated our relationship. Sam Khalef was great! He opened a personal and business bank account for my wife and I. The main thing was that Sam was extremely helpful because he gave us understanding and information that we didn’t even know or ask for it which was awesome. True customer service! He helped us understand options for credit lines, land loans, improving our credit scores and more. The more information he gave the more confidence we felt. Definitely go to Sam for personal, business and more!
