I was looking for a certain type of account, Darlene made me feel very comfortable with putting my money in this bank
3 cars pulling in @ 5:10pm on a Friday & even drive thru closed. Correction 5 cars
If you'd like to go a month without a debit card because it expired and they don't send you a new one so you have to get them to order a new one 10 days in the month and they said its not priority so you gotta wait even longer this is definitely the place for you to bank. I'll be closing all my accounts here next week. Do not use this bank. ATM took my money without depositing into my account or returning the cash. After going through the process of trying to get the money returned to my account, they said there’s nothing they can do. Manager shows no sympathy, people on the phone show no sympathy. No apologies or anything. I hope this bank enjoys my money for their next party fund. Literally taking food out of my family’s mouth. Terrible bank. TERRIBLE.
