I've had nothing but positive experiences with this particular Cadence Bank location. They are always very friendly when I pull up in the drive-thru, and they've proved to me that they will go the extra mile for their customers. I really appreciate that this location always has $2 bills on hand, and lots of them at any given time!
I had been with National Bank for over 30 years, then it was bought out by BancorpSouth, now Cadence. I loved the fact that I could get a cashiers check to pay my bills and did not have to pay for that service, I picked an account for that particular reason... well, BancorpSouth and Cadence bought out National. Now a cashiers check costs $10.00 each. I averaged 5-7 of them to pay my bills; which meant I would've be charged $50.00 - $70.00. They are so unprofessional and take advantage the minute that they can, made countless of mistakes where even I was standing at the grocery store TWICE bc my card decline bc they didn’t deposit my check to the my card. The mobile app is so slow too, takes 2-3 days to show when u made a purchase. Been with them since they were national bank , bankcorp, and finally cadence, I am no longer with them.
