Disgusting how they hit you with DAILY $30-$100 overdraft fees. If you’re $1 negative, consider yourself screwed because they will hit you with that daily charge relentlessly, letting it rack up! So gross. That’s robbery.

1-star due to 0-star Cassie! I understand how difficult it is to hire people, especially good people. Cadence never has a ton of staff but the ones they have, have always been good to me. Until her. Better to be short-staffed and tell your customers, “I apologize for the wait but we are dedicated to you and will be with you ASAP,” than to have five or even ONE Cassie. Poor delivery, condescending, and pure misery.
