This transition to Huntington Bank has been horrible. Me and my son have been waiting on a debit card, him for at least two months and me for 6 weeks. My wife also has not received hers. I have no access to my funds because they have no drive-through and I work during their lobby hours. They should have the foresight to extend their hours if they’re not gonna offer a drive-through and have debit cards delays. I’ll be glad to close account soon. They’re horrible in Waco.
This is a great bank! The people and tellers are friendly and they offer a absolutely free checking account. Glad I found a new bank.
