I had a wonderful experience setting up a student checking account! Monica was very helpful and explained everything in a quick but thorough way! The live teller is also a great feature! Would absolutely recommend banking here!
Had amazing and kind service from Haddy and Jeremias!
This place repeatedly messes up my mom's account with them. Every time we came up to the bank and they said they "fixed her account/card" they did not fix anything. We came up here to have them close her account so she could go to a new bank and not have to deal with this one and they kept trying to bring over new employees to change her mind regardless of the fact that she repeated that she wanted to close her account. They wanted to know if she "already has another bank account elsewhere" and "how will you make money".
Best bank in town when it comes to customer service and efficiency.
