Really odd behavior for a bank that I assume wants new business and customers. Went by to check out the bank and get something notarized. I was surprised by the rudeness encountered by the staff. I honestly never have issues with any kind of service staff so I’m confused on this one. Not sure if they are closing the bank or just aren’t interested in new clients.
Personal service used to be a hallmark at Cadence, but during my last visit I was shunned and called a liar! Left stunned and very disappointed. Assistant manager was very rude and dismissive in a follow up call. Plan to change banks before Huntington takes over and favors commercial banking over individual customers. Seems banks are pushing towards total online banking.
So far my experience with this bank has been mostly negative due to their website being so confining in the things it will allow you to do and their inability to communicate effectively on money matters and that doesn't fly very well with me. Just my opinion
