So far my experience with this bank has been mostly negative due to their website being so confining in the things it will allow you to do and their inability to communicate effectively on money matters and that doesn't fly very well with me. Just my opinion
This location is just as bad as the Sherman location. Call to ask a question and get immediately put on hold for 10 mins. Ridiculous.
