This location is just as bad as the Sherman location. Call to ask a question and get immediately put on hold for 10 mins. Ridiculous.

I agree with the previous statements.. horrible bank and spotty service. I had several business accounts that I closed and moved elsewhere.
I've been with this bank for several years now but I don't plan on changing only because I've established a good connection with staff members in the Sherman location. Reason for this review is because of my recent visit to this location in VA. I've never had an issue with making deposits and since I am always in a hurry, I normally take the drive thru.
