Horrible bank!! They are horrible to current customers and only push new accounts to be opened to get max pay in CD rates, gladly took money to another bank and got a better CD rate anyway.
I needed money and used the ATM at this location. I don't have an account here so I agreed to the excessive $5 charge. I was given a $100 dollar bill. I tried to get the drive up teller to exchange for5 $20 bills. She refused because I did not have an account.
This location was very helpful in servicing my elderly father-in-law's accounts. Cadence has been his bank for several years after they acquired his rural bank. After moving to DFW, he needed help in person to change his address and set up online banking. Trish H. was absolutely wonderful in taking care of his needs and making sure everything would work flawlessly once we got home to log on. Thank you.
No offense, but yall really gotta get it together. Between the key logger issue on the portal that won’t allow me to type without copy and pasting from notepad, the hour plus hold times, and the fact that your system won’t even allow me to pay employees with our own funds yet states that payments have been made is concerning.
Do not use this bank their customer service is terrible. They wouldn't break a bill that I had just gotten out of their atm. You are a bank!!!!
