Run away from this bank. I setup my business account here and it's been an absolute nightmare ever since. They flag routine transactions as fraud but have allowed larger fraudulent transactions to go through seamlessly. Customer service is extremely poor with a higher percentage of unknowledgeable staff that know little about banking. This is a little bank that wants in on big city money but they are far behind in developing the teams internally. The team at Cadence Bank in East Point has been incredible! With their patience, attention to detail, and professionalism, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Today I came to this bank with the intention of setting up a business bank account. Throughout the entire process, Ms. Robbie, the associate, appeared to be assessing me. It is disheartening that as a woman from the city, we continue to face condescension from our peers. She seemed to be speaking down to me rather than engaging in a dialogue, implying a sense of superiority. Despite having nine years of experience running my own business, I felt diminished in her presence. Consequently, I cannot endorse this particular bank.
