Excellent service from Mr. Blakely after the horrible customer service over the phone. Walked into the branch and within minutes he had not only located the correct account ach funds had been going into but ordered a new debit card for the account. He made certain all information was correct and stayed highly professional throughout the process.Huntington this is certainly a star on your team that needs to train others on how face to face and phone customer service works. Great Job!

I was a former Cadence business customer which was recently merged into Huntington bank. Since day one, their customer service has been non existent. If they didn’t have my commercial loan, I would run away from them. Lack of follow up after email, voicemail, etc. they act like you are bothering them to get information. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was given a good interest rate to open my account. But in a short period of time the interest rate dropped. No notice. Had to discover by logging into my accounts I was given a great interest rate to open a different account. 25,000 Max. Yet a few days later they paid a few dollars in interest and ceased paying any interest because the few dollars put me over the 25,000 limit.
