This bank is awful the actually bank itself they restrict movement of your money within the account and charge monthly fees quietly with no notice. Then the physical location everytime I have went inside the people there are unhelpful and have an attitude. I came once to deposit some cash the lady told me to use the machine outside the doors and then as she watched me try to deposit about $500 she said “oh I’m sorry I didn’t know you had that much”. But she never asked or else she would know. Closed my account last week.
Run away from this bank. I setup my business account here and it's been an absolute nightmare ever since. They flag routine transactions as fraud but have allowed larger fraudulent transactions to go through seamlessly. Customer service is extremely poor with a higher percentage of unknowledgeable staff that know little about banking. This is a little bank that wants in on big city money but they are far behind in developing the teams internally. The team at Cadence Bank in East Point has been incredible! Aaron Blakes and Donecia Henderson went above and beyond to help me with some customer service matters that at first felt like mountains and hurdles. With their patience, attention to detail, and professionalism, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
