Today I came to this bank with the intention of setting up a business bank account. Throughout the entire process, Ms. Robbie, the associate, appeared to be assessing me. It is disheartening that as a woman from the city, we continue to face condescension from our peers. She seemed to be speaking down to me rather than engaging in a dialogue, implying a sense of superiority. Despite having nine years of experience running my own business, I felt diminished in her presence. Consequently, I cannot endorse this particular bank.
