The worst bank we ever dealt with. Mistakes galore. No one knows how to fix them. Customer service is an absolute mess. No one knows anything at this bank or at Customer Service.
Terrible service at this location. Cadence bank has gone down hill, all of the knowledgeable employees have left and cadence is being bought out. Avoid at all costs!
They can't even exchange canadian money. Wow.
