I’ve been a Bancorp customer for over 30 years but since the bank changed to Cadence it’s much different. Our branch now operates most days with 3 employees, one being the manager. Some days there are 4 employees but there is no longer a dedicated customer service rep, only tellers. Most times when you call the branch the phones go unanswered as they’re short staffed. Every employee has remained very nice and helpful but curious as to why employees have been cut since Cadence took over.
