This bank will not help me get my life insurance premium the company took out of my bank account 3 times. I filed 3 disputes within their 60 day time frame (also stupid) and I heard NOTHING from my disputes. Ridiculous getting ready to switch my bank they aren't even affiliated with the BBB who I also filed a complaint with as well as the Florida financial help people this is ridiculous they treated me really bad over this saying they can't help me because it's been longer than 60 days what the heck.. don't bank there
