If 0 stars were an option, I'd choose it. After 15+ years with this bank, I pulled every penny of my money & took my business elsewhere. Rode the waves of change from The National through the year of BancorpSouth & the final flip to Cadence. Not even a full 48 hours after my debit card was compromised, the bank teller at the Copperas Cove location compromised my whole entire bank account. If they can't find more employees they should go ahead and close it up. 1 person works 5 windows Plus a drive thru. Unreal.
This is one of the most unprofessional banks I've ever been. Extremely rude people, they seem like they literally hate customers to arrive there.
When is cadence gonna change again? Anything would probably be better. Started years ago when it was National Bank. Loved it. Now i keep hoping it gets better, but seems only worse. Online banking services absolutely horrible but yet they" value" us as customers. How? Show me.
