AMZING STAFF
If I could rate this bank no start I would, the attitude I received from one of the tellers every time I go in, is insane. She is always in a bad mood and ALWAYS has an attitude, I know I am not the only customer who has experienced this kind of behavior from her. I have been banking with this bank since I was 15 and this is who I am being treated? I’m finding myself another bank
4:45 pm July 22nd I stopped in to cash a check went through a teller who said her same was Cindy in maroon shirt on far right booth spoke very rudely seemed like something was wrong at one point when I asked for 50s or hundreds instead of 20s she got really mad and I even had to put my hands up and say I’m sorry when I didn’t even do anything I understand maybe she didn’t have the money or whatever but there was no need for the attitude toward me
Absolutely my favorite local bank. This bank will provide you with a small town relationship while having the backing of a national size bank. All of the folks here have gone above and beyond for us and always with a smile on their face. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else.
If 0 stars were an option, I'd choose it. After 15+ years with this bank, I pulled every penny of my money & took my business elsewhere. Rode the waves of change from The National through the year of BancorpSouth & the final flip to Cadence. Not even a full 48 hours after my debit card was compromised, the bank teller at the Copperas Cove location compromised my whole entire bank account.
