The young lady that helped me the other day was outstanding. I know this bank gets bought out a lot but the people are why I keep going back.
This bank is pathetic. Being the only car in the Drive-Thru you would think it would take less than 10 minutes to cash a check. Being that slow they still have the nerve to ask for $10 to cash it. The ladies were rude. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a bank.
Tried to cash a check, but they said there was a $10 fee for non-account holders. So I asked if there were any fees associated with opening or closing an account. The lady told me there were Zero fees to open an account and Zero fees to close an account. I then explained that I could deposit the check in my new account and close down the account immediately thereafter and avoid the $10 fee while costing the bank the time and hassle. I wish I could give them a zero. My husband passed away and I went to the bank to transfer our joint account into my account and they said when they changed to Huntington Bank my name didn't transfer and now the only way to get my money is to go to a lawyer. I can't believe this as if it isn't hard enough right now.
