Ii have banked at this location for over 10 years. Always a great interaction with staff. Making a deposit this morning serviced by a African American female. No hello. No good morning. No can I assist in another area. No thank you. Greetings of kindness is not a difficult process. Showing appreciation to a customer is expected. She made me feel like a fly in human form. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire! Avoid Cadence Bank! I’ve been in the process of purchasing a home since July 2025 with a closing date of 9/1/2025. I had the opportunity to use the DHAP program in Dallas. Mortgage interest rates of course have been dropping all year. I was initially quoted 7% and the rate can’t increase.
