Customer service is awful. I walked in with hopes of cashing a check and potentially opening an account but the teller (white male) was extremely rude from the time I walked in until I left. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Please work on your social skills sir.
I can't say anything about their products, but service is not their strong point! I went into branch with 0 clients. Told Ethan I needed help. 3 employees in 1 office. I go make coffee to wait. Employee then helps person who came in after me. Says hello. Finishes with other person, then goes back into office. I left... Do better people...although Ethan tried.
Ii have banked at this location for over 10 years. Always a great interaction with staff. Making a deposit this morning serviced by a African American female. No hello. No good morning. No can I assist in another area. No thank you. Greetings of kindness is not a difficult process. Showing appreciation to a customer is expected. She made me feel like a fly in human form. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire! Avoid Cadence Bank! I’ve been in the process of purchasing a home since July 2025 with a closing date of 9/1/2025. I had the opportunity to use the DHAP program in Dallas. Mortgage interest rates of course have been dropping all year. I was initially quoted 7% and the rate can’t increase.
