Terrible
NOT a smooth transition from Cadence. I have been with bank since it was Bancorp South. NEVER had to change account #s. Still using 10 year old check. NOT NOW! Getting different stories every time I call in. Went into Brentwood branch today. Got ANOTHER story. I'm done.

Preferred this Bank when it was bancorp since it has become cadence customer service is atrocious. The staff at our local branch are wonderful. however the customer service in general especially regarding credit cards is atrocious. We are considering changing banking institution as we are unhappy with this Bank.
