Awesome customer service! They went above and beyond for me and my client to make sure that my client wouldn’t be a victim of fraud.
Had five fraudulent charges to my bank account here via their Mastercard debit card. I don't know how anyone got hold of my card number and pin, as I never use it except to withdraw cash once or twice a year. I disputed these charges as soon as I discovered them on my online account. The bank refunded 4 out of 5, as I didn't dispute each one individually by amount and date (although they were all from same merchant Amazon within 48 hours).
