I normally use another bank outside of town far away, but ended up doing a deposit here yesterday and they were just exceptionally awesome. I had a small issue, completely my fault, and they helped me so much and we're so kind. I really like the set up as well and the amount of drive-thrus they have is kind of wild but also awesome for customers :-) strongly recommend this Bank
The banking times are absolutely horrible 9:00 to 4:30 most people around here work from 8:00 till 5:00 at their jobs so most of us can't even make it to the bank and it's all the banks here they're all closed on the weekends most people are only available on the weekends to handle their banking business like actually talk to a real person and many other Banks like Chase are at least open till 2:00
I used this bank for years. SSA retirement recipient, direct deposit. My husband died May 2024. Dept of Labor kept paying him by mistake. Didn't know any better, used the money in our joint account to pay our house note. Filed for relief with the DOL, and while my application was pending, U.S. Treasury erroneously sent a reclamations request to get the money back. Stole $192 dollars from me
2 things happened. One I went in to open a CD and Kimberlynn helped me. She is amazing and smart and showed me everything I needed to know and then some! She made me want to bank there! #2…. I called bc I had a complaint and the Bank manager called me back and I told her my complaint and she took me serious and treated me with respect. Well, turns out I was wrong and misinformed.
