So far, so good! This has been the only bank I've actually felt good about since moving to Savannah. The interior is open and casual, not closed off with bullet glass like a prison. The staff is accessible as well and super efficient. Checking has effective tools for fraud prevention as well as some coverage if account is accessed. As banks go, this is the one I've liked most. Edit to add they answer their own telephone, no voice message to select who etc. No central number. Their location answers the actual phone.
