i’ve been using this bank for years, long before “cadence” took over, cadence bank should definitely invest a debit card maker, I’m extremely disappointed with how my recent debit card replacement was handled. When I called to order a new card, I was told it would take 7–10 business days to arrive. I waited well past that timeframe with nothing showing up, so I called back—only to be told that due to a “system error,” my card was never actually ordered until the day before my call. & it would be another 7-10 days.
