This is the worst service at a bank I have ever seen, no one gives a crap, think I'll be changing banks after this.
They don't care about their costumers 👎👎 I lost my debit card I called them to report it the woman said "You're all set" she lied the card was still active and someone used it. You can't trust this Bank
I do not recommend using this bank. They show clear signs of discrimination and speak condescendingly to minorities - the fact that both Cadence Bank AND Bancorp South had lawsuits against them correlating to discrimination, says a lot. Disgusting.
Great customer service for many years now
Refused to notarized a document which is against the notary code under Guiding Principle I Artifle A Refusal to Notarize Under I-A-4: Improper Refusal Due to Nonclient Status The notary shall not refuse to perform a lawful and proper notarial act solely because the signer is not a client or customer of the Notary or the Notary's Employer. They claim that OPINION No. GA-0723 allows them to deny it anyways but it only let's them limit the type they can do during working hours. A simple 1 minute notarization was apperantly too ... read more
