This bank is an absolute disgrace. I was charged a jaw-dropping $108 in overdraft fees — all because my account went negative by just $3. That’s right, three dollars. Instead of sending a warning or giving me any chance to fix the issue, they hit me with multiple overdraft charges, stacking them without hesitation. The staff at this location are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and not willing to help. Go across town if you bank with them or switch banks entirely.

The branch manager Kathy is so unprofessional at this location. She is unwilling to go the extra mile for any customers. She is rude and not friendly. I would highly recommend not using this location or this bank for that matter
