They can never get you Direct deposit right? Than they say it not your fault
Not the same
As soon as I get time I will be finding another bank. This bank is Trash since they have been bought and sold 2 times since I set up account. I want to see a real live person and this digital teller stuff is a joke. I want the bank like it was BEFORE CADENCE TURNED IT INTO PILE OF CRAP!
The Ardmore branch recently ended Saturday hours, and closed 3 drive thru tellers to promote the use of a single ATM with Live Teller capabilities. They even have an employee sitting outside next to the ATM in all kinds of weather to promote it. This means long wait times to make a simple transaction at the ATM. It was a 15 minute wait to make a simple cash withdrawal. It appears that this bank cares more about reducing its staff than customer service. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
