Went here to start an account and had a small knife on my side cause I just left work so they refused to help me cause they told me I scared them and they didn't feel comfortable I do not recommend going here, they were also very rude about it

Love my Burnet Branch! Great customer service always greeted with a smile. Recently had a fraud alert as I was traveling they stayed on the phone with me and made sure it was resolved and got me back on track to finish my vacation
