This review is for corporate.. after reviewing many reviews of trustpilot and related sources I hate my mortgage was transferred to this company. Customer service is ridiculous inconsiderate and very unprofessional. I was transferred 3 times and sent emails and they refused to allow me 1 month deferment only 1 payment to be placed at the end of mortgage due to unexpected death in family (immediate). They are very inconsiderate and it’s disheartening to not approve 1 single month with so much going on today.
Music is obnoxious
I have been a customer for many years. I am so pleased with their friendly atmosphere and services.
The worst bank ever . I bank with this bank and I still can not deposit my payroll check and have access until 10 days
Great group of people that always go above and beyond!
