The bank has issues with their machines, so I could not deposit the check into my bank either online or in person, had to go to a local branch to cash it out. They charged me a fee since I'm not a customer even though it's their fault, and for whatever reason they required two forms of ID, driving license was not enough and they wouldn't accept a debit card, it had to be a credit card, thankfully I had one I barely use. Absolutely not a pleasant experience.
I love this bank and all they do to help you.
