If it were possible to give zero stars, I would give a zero star rating for this SHURLING Drive location Cadence bank!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve reached out to corporate to share my concerns as well! Once we patiently sat and waited on manager to return from her long lunch it was more than obvious she didn’t care to be bothered. This is the most horrible bank location I have ever been to, I encountered a teller by the name of Angela she has a nasty attitude and was very rude to me! | was so angry I ended up closing all my accounts with them! I advise no one to go to the Gray highway location and I will never do business with Cadence ever again! And The branch manager is even worse!!!! Do not go to this bank!!!
Used the live teller,it was quick and easy!
I’ve been banked with them for years and I’m closing my account with them. Their customer service has went down tremendously, they’re not customer centered. I rather bank with someone that has the customers best interest at heart, and cadence bank is not that kind of bank.
