Need to renew a cd. Noone in Columbus Texas answers the phone. FINALLY got thru and then was put on terminal hold. 15 minutes later I hung up.I tried to reach out to corporate and they have totally shielded themselves from outside contact in writing. I cant get the renewal rates. I think this is happening to a lot of people. If they put you off long enough and you miss the 10 day window your CD that was 4.0% renews at something ridiculous like 0.5%.
