The bank employees were super nice but what should have taken 10 minutes took an hour. It seemed every employee other than the branch manager was either being trained or doing the training. I watched a customer walk behind the counter attempting to engage the drive through teller, the branch manager talked to her like an old friend when she came back around the counter to make her deposit.
