Huntington Bank has been nothing but rude and awful since they've taken over. I was with Cadence for 20 years and never an issue. Huntington stranded me with no access to my account for days over an issue they caused. Even worse, they hung up on me and refused to answer my phone calls afterwords. The person was so rude and not helpful at all. I now have to physically go to a Huntington location, hours away from where I live, to even talk to someone. Nightmare. Several months ago, Cadence bank customers got a notice that our bank had been bought out by Huntington. They assured us that we would not be inconvenienced in any way. Then the inconveniences began: a whole book arrived in the mail that I was supposed to read with the new regulations being imposed upon us involuntarily. Those regulations included a mandatory arbitration clause that we had to write a letter and PAY to opt out of.
