Nightmare. Several months ago, Cadence bank customers got a notice that our bank had been bought out by Huntington. They assured us that we would not be inconvenienced in any way. Then the inconveniences began: a whole book arrived in the mail that I was supposed to read with the new regulations being imposed upon us involuntarily. Those regulations included a mandatory arbitration clause that we had to write a letter and PAY to opt out of.
