I had this bank put a hold on my account without notifying me first. I had gotten my payroll check deposited and apparently the company didn’t have funds in there bank account. I work for them and get paid weekly, so I got the replacement check and other checks cashed and took all my money and deposited into my bank account. As a 14 year banker here, you’d think the trust of this bank’s employees would respect you. I’ve had ONLY 2 bank tellers to show me any kind of respect in Laurel Mississippi. The loyalty this bank claims is a joke. My account balance changes even though I’ve made no credits or debits. Once Bancorp South became Cadence bank, it’s been nothing but a joke.

I took away one star because you will get kicked out for trying to Ollie the stairs that are just outside the front entrance….. BUT, if you are an outlaw (which I am not) these are the best stairs to Ollie within an hour drive all around.
