I stopped to use the ATM. They charged me $5, because I bank with Trustmark. I ask for $100, which they gave me a single bill. This was not what I wanted. I needed $20's but get this they couldn't make change because I don't have an account with them.
The people inside this branch are great. They have trouble keeping the same loan officers however. Their hours are the shortest of all the banks in Forest, but they have a remote teller through the atm to handle most cashier tasks.
The people inside this branch are great. It's the services that are lacking. The atm NEVER works and they will not waive using other atm fees. Never had a problem before it became cadence. Other options in town are better.
I think son personal needs better training, specially on the credit agents
