Bad customer service. My husband and I hate going in this particular branch. I love cadence but not this location.
I give them 5 stars because of Jamika. She is wonderful, always full of good energy, greets you and is very helpful with no questions. She is definitely branch manager material. Outside of that no one else speaks or makes you feel welcomed outaide of the morning drive thru tellers.
Bad customer service
How can Cadence Bank get away with charging me for a checking account but I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone; I'm supposed to leave another message and hope they call me back. I've recently had a head injury and can't travel like I used to. Corporate greed is getting real old!
