Possible discrimination; had no problems AT ALL with my accounts... ever. Went into this bank to do one single transaction. From the start the teller seemed unamused of my presence, hours after I leave my account was flagged to risk and is now being closed for smilingly no reason whatsoever. Needed help with the new banks online banking account. The young lady who has worked there for a while and has a daughter named Serenity Grace (can't ever remember her name). Anyway, she was awesome as always & had me set up and out the door in like 10 minutes if that long. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm tired of the bank changing owners 😡😡
Atrocious bank. They offer no debit card controls and denied me any over draft fee forgiveness, even though I have banked with them for over 6 years. I am done.
I don’t bank with them but stopped at their ATM to make a withdrawal. Tried multiple times, each time failed so I left. Next day, I receive a notification from my bank that a transaction had processed from a cash withdrawal in the amount I attempted! I immediately called Cadence Bank and they informed me they do not run their ATM. It is ran through a 3rd party. I was told to contact MY bank, have THEM dispute the transaction and nothing can be done from their end(cadence)….as of now I am still waiting to hear back from my ba... read more
They are always very courteous and get the job done. I've never had an issue with them and never had to wait.
