Went to the bank so my father could cash his father's estate check, when he had a account open, to find out they closed it cause of hidden fees they didn't tell him about. They said I should've received a letter in the mail about to the new policy they had and my father didn't receive no mail about that. Now we have to go to a different bank, cause they said they can't reopen a new account. Worst bank I've been to! Also the worst policies!
The absolute worst customer service and policies. The local branch the people are wonderful but their bank policies lost our business.
This bank is the BEST!! The employees here go above and beyond to help you with all of your needs!
Paid for a box rental that that belonged to my mother. I had to call to get the amount due twice (never received a statement ). They would not take a debit card as payment. I mailed a check which was cancelled by the bank and then 180 days later I get a notice from the bank that they are about to drill into the box and clear it. They can’t send a statement but they can sent a notice on this.
