Jamal was very helpful and courteous, but don't ask for a loan here. He told me that he didn't even know how to do a car refinance and said I should go to another bank.
Jamal really helped me out with a question and gave me a call back. Great service and learned he has an athlete in school. Always doing well , shoutout to the local bank.
Missy took great care of me. Awesome service and 5 star. Would recommend coming to cadence anytime for the great service.
This is the most horrible bank location I have ever been to, I encountered a teller by the name of Angela she has a nasty attitude and was very rude to me! I was so angry I ended up closing all my accounts with them! I advise no one to go to the Gray highway location and I will never do business with Cadence ever again! And The branch manager is even worse!
