This is the most horrible bank location I have ever been to, I encountered a teller by the name of Angela she has a nasty attitude and was very rude to me! I was so angry I ended up closing all my accounts with them! I advise no one to go to the Gray highway location and I will never do business with Cadence ever again! And The branch manager is even worse!
If I could give a zero, I would. It's total BS that you can't exchange to larger bills that I withdrew from your ATM. If I wanted all one denomination, I would have requested it. This isn't the first time I have had crappy customer service with you all. I have a family member who has been a member for a long time who wrote me a check. I was informed that because I didn't have an account here, it would cost me $ 5.00 to cash a personal check written on your bank.
