I've banked here since it was Grand bank, every buy out gets a little worse. Now it takes 10-15 minutes to do a deposit in the drive through, they want to SCAN your driver license for ANYTHING that has to do with cash, even depositing it. You cannot easily cash a check, nor deposit one, and they will not call another bank to verify finds to cash said check. Customer service is nonexistent now. Wow! Can’t believe all of these bad reviews… this is my favorite bank! All the tellers are great and remember me on a first name bases. The lenders are awesome have done several commercial loans here and they are done right and do what they say. Taylor is a great Leander to work with. And the big boss Brad and fantastic always helps me get the best rates on CDs and always happy to see me. This place rocks I’ve had nothing but a great experience every single time I hit the front door.
