The staff there is great, but the bank's recent changed has made it a fee heavy bank.
Incompetent and unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes. I was in the Conway branch, ordering a new atm card and filing a dispute because my account was hacked. The new card never arrived. I called the 800 number for customer service to check on my card, two weeks later. They said the branch never ordered my new card. They requested the branch pay the $30 FedEx fee so I could get my card as soon as possible, since it was their mistake. The branch manager refused.
Donna Rogers is a amazing commercial lender and very nice and helpful to work with.
