I recently moved to Panama City area. I was referred to Cadence Bank by an employee. I can’t say enough about the team there. Eric, the Manager has been awesome. Most of my dealings have been with Missy. She is so caring and helpful. It’s hard to find good service nowadays and particularly at banks. But I can’t say enough great things about the team here. Thank you for your excellent service.

The lady with short hair and glasses working at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I work for a company that has an account with Cadence Bank, I walked in and asked if she could pull up the account as I did not have the account number but needed to make a deposit. She searched the name and stated that our company did not have an account there. After contacting corporate and verifying I was at the correct bank I went back inside.
