The branch manager called my transaction request a red flag even though I came in with my valid U.S. passport(shows born in different state) & student ID(same university as check). I could not find my driver’s license. Fees are too high. Changing to Huntington bank which i have never heard of. I called customer service regarding a statement from September of 2025 and her response was so terrible. She couldn't believe that I wanted something from so far back. She said she was only able to see the past 3 months and she definitely was not going to help me find that statement.
