I would not recommend Cadance Assisted Living based on my experience. The level of care and attention to residents is far below what is promised. Staff often seemed overwhelmed, unresponsive, and at times even dismissive of residents’ needs. Communication with families is very poor — updates are inconsistent, and it often feels like you have to chase them down just to get basic information.
